Class 3 Drug Alert: Levothyroxine Tab 100mcg TEV
Teva UK Limited is recalling all remaining in-date stock of the below product. The marketing authorisation was suspended in February 2012 and the supply position was then too fragile to permit a recall. Adequate supplies of alternative Levothyroxine 100 mcg tablets are now available which allows a recall of the remaining Teva UK and Numark branded product.

Class 2 Drug Alert: Prednisolone EC 2.5mg and 5mg Tablets in Pots
Teva UK Limited is recalling all remaining stock of the above batches from hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and wholesalers. Elevated levels of related substances have been detected early in the shelf-life during routine stability testing. Only blister packs are affected and additional material has been supplied in pots and this is not included in the scope of this recall notice.
