We're going digital with missing claims
You've told us about areas where you think we can improve - one of these was our claims process for missing items. We have now developed a new online, paperless and easy to use claims process called e-missings.
After a very successful pilot we are ready to fully implement a mandatory digital process and remove paper missing claims entirely.
From 15 April 2019, you will only be able to process missings claims through the e-missings portal. Customers do not need to wait until the go live date – the e-missings portal is ready to be taken advantage of from now.
We recognise that a missing claim is far from ideal, so that's why we've developed an alternative process to help make doing business with us easier. By providing an online solution, you'll save time and will no longer need to handwrite your claims – which means spending more time helping your patients.
