Alliance Healthcare Gender Pay Gap Report 2017
Today, Alliance Healthcare UK published its first Gender Pay Gap Report (2017).
For the first time, UK companies with over 250 employees are required to publicly report on their gender pay gap under new legislation that was introduced in April 2017.
The Alliance Healthcare UK Gender Pay Gap Report 2017 details the company's median pay gap figure of 7%, which is significantly less than the national average which is 18.4%, and its mean pay gap figure of 8%, which is significantly less than the national average of 17.4%.
As a business, our CSR activities continue to grow, and we have some exciting plans to increase the awareness on all equality issues across the business, starting with the upcoming internal announcement for our Equality Committee, and the launch of our internal equality survey.
