Please only use the green style returns book

Last year we launched a new version of our returns book in order to ensure we were fully compliant with new expected GDP guidelines. You should now be using the new green book for all your returns.   

Starting from 16th September 2019, we will no longer be accepting any customer returns sent to us using the red printed forms.

What do I need to do?

  1. Please destroy any red printed books as they are no longer valid and will not be accepted.
  2. When you complete a green returns note: please make sure you sign, date and include your registration number.
  3. If you require a new book: Simply order in the normal way:
