Class 2 Drug Alert: Prednisolone EC 2.5mg and 5mg Tablets in Blister Packs
Teva UK Limited is recalling all remaining stock of the above batches from hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and wholesalers. Elevated levels of related substances have been detected early in the shelf-life during routine stability testing. Only blister packs are affected and additional material has been supplied in pots and this is not included in the scope of this recall notice.
