First webprescriptions script dispensed
webprescriptions online prescription facility went live in community pharmacy last week with Alphega Pharmacy member Andrew Lane , Alchem Pharmacy, achieving a double first in both subscribing to webprescriptions and also in dispensing the first online prescription.

Alliance Healthcare completes flu PGD training
Alliance Healthcare recently held a series of training workshops for independent pharmacists who enroled in the Flu Vaccination Training Programme for 2010. The programme involved clinical training as well as all round support in administering and marketing the PGD service.
