Without a doubt, the last 18-24 months have been relentlessly tough and challenging for everyone, not least pharmacy teams and healthcare professionals. As we start to gear up for a busy winter period, we are primed and ready to support the UK in the fight against COVID-19. We’re ready to help community pharmacy as they approach the up and coming winter season.
Delivery of pre-ordered flu vaccines
This flu-vaccine season is set to be the biggest on record and we are with our community pharmacy customers every jab of the way. We recently invited community pharmacy customers to pre-order flu vaccines. These customers can now identify the status of their order via the myahportal.
Customers should log in to the myahportal, and click on the orange icon on the dashboard.
Please then click 'manage your pre-order', which will indicate how many vaccines we are able to deliver from our available stock at that time. In order to provide the most equitable service for our customers, we have set a maximum request limit of 30 Flu Vaccine doses each day, subject to availability.

COVID-19 vaccination distribution
Our pre-wholesale partner - Alloga, as we continue to be a partner for the distribution of COVID-19 vaccinations.
Lateral flow test kits distribution - updated 04 October
We’re supporting the NHS with the supply of NHS lateral flow tests to be distributed to people through the Pharmacy Collect Service.
The Pharmacy Collect Service aims to improve access to COVID-19 testing by making lateral flow test kits readily available at community pharmacies for asymptomatic people. In doing so, it will help to identify COVID-positive cases and then break the chain of transmission.
