Teleflex Medical UK – Solus Agreement

From 4th January 2021, Alliance Healthcare UK will become the only wholesaler to supply the Teleflex Medical UK Urology product portfolio to all pharmacies and dispensing doctors in the United Kingdom. All Teleflex Medical UK lines will continue to be available through NWOS. There is a change in discount to 8.5% on applicable lines.

Grunenthal: Vimovo™ Transition (PIP: 3591088) 30th November 2020

On the 30th November 2020, the Marketing Authorisation for Vimovo™ 500mg/ 20mg modified release tablets (500mg naproxen/ 20mg esomeprazole) transferred from AstraZeneca to Grunenthal. As Alliance Healthcare is Grunenthal’s exclusive wholesale partner this line will only be available to purchase from Alliance Healthcare moving forward. Vitaflo International Ltd – Dual Agreement

From 6 November 2020, Alliance Healthcare UK will become one of the two wholesalers to supply Vitaflo International Ltd products to all pharmacies, Hospitals, and dispensing doctors in the United Kingdom. The other wholesaler in this agreement is Phoenix.

Vitabiotics products now exclusively available to order from Alliance Healthcare

We are pleased to announce that from 1 September 2020, Alliance Healthcare will become the sole wholesaler to supply the Vitabiotics product range of nutrition support and supplements from the UK's number one vitamin company to all pharmacies, hospitals and dispensing doctors in the UK.This is the first solus Health & Beauty OTC agreement in the UK and a very exciting partnership for Alliance Healthcare and Vitabiotics.

Purchases of Vitabiotics products will arrive as part of your usual Alliance Healthcare delivery service and willnot be subject to Alliance Healthcare's low spend surcharge, if purchased in isolation. In order to receive the products from 1 September, order from Alliance Healthcare in your usual manner. There will be no changes to the current delivery service for the Vitabiotics product portfolio.

Stirling Anglian Pharmaceuticals – Dual Agreement

Theramex UK – Solus RWA Agreement

Coloplast Ltd – Solus Agreement

From 6th June 2020, Alliance Healthcare UK will become the only wholesaler to supply the Coloplast Ltd Ostomy and Continence product portfolio to all pharmacies and dispensing doctors in the United Kingdom.

The Coloplast Wound Care portfolio is excluded from this agreement and will remain unchanged from its current distribution model.
