The terms and conditions below apply to specific product offers and promotions, and are in addition to our standard terms and conditions of sale

 

1) All offers are subject to availability.

2) Alliance Healthcare reserves the right to limit certain offers to 1 order per customer as defined by their email address and/or credit card address and/or delivery address.

3) Offers are non-transferable.

4) Offers only available to registered account holders

5) Unless otherwise stated in the offer, reference to original price is to the price in our current Counter Directory

6) Alliance Healthcare reserves the right to withdraw any offer / promotion without notice.

7) Unless otherwise stated in the offer, delivery is limited to addresses in UK and Northern Ireland

8) All personal data submitted in response to any of our offers will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy 

9) Alliance Healthcare does not accept any responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, including (without limitation) those which may restrict or delay product orders linked to an offer.

10) If there is any difference between these terms and conditions and our standard terms and conditions of sale, these terms and conditions will take priority, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing with you.

11) All offers will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. .

Monthly MYAH Portal Offers

 

1) Monthly offers start at 00:01 on the first day of each calendar month (“Start Date”) and expire at 23:59 on the last day of each calendar month (”Closing Date”).

2) Product orders received after the Closing Date will not be accepted

3) Monthly promotions apply to selected products only
