1. To enter the prize draw you must submit a completed AHDL customer survey using the survey submission link and reference an email address that matches the email address that received the invite to participate in the AHDL Customer Survey (“valid email address”).  You must provide a valid email address to be entered into the prize draw.

2. The closing date of the prize draw is 11.59pm on 19^th March 2021 (the “closing date”).

3. Entry to the prize draw is free and is open to all AHDL customers in the United Kingdom aged 18 and over who are invited to participate and whom include a valid email address in their survey response.  Entry excludes employees of AHDL and Walgreens Boots Alliance group of companies, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. 

4. By submitting a completed survey with a valid email address you will be deemed to have understood and accepted to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. The prize will be one Apple iPad 8^th generation 32gb (the “prize”). There is only one winner. No cash alternatives are available. AHDL reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prize (or any part of it) for alternative prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control

6. The winner will be chosen at random from all completed surveys received which contain a valid email address and the prize awarded to the AHDL customer who owns and/ or controls the valid email address on the winning entry. 

7. AHDL will email the winner directly to let them know that they have been selected as the winner and ask them to provide their postal address, to which the prize will be sent. The winner will be required to provide their postal address before their prize can be released.

8. The prize will be sent to the winner at AHDL expense, by recorded delivery to the postal address provided within 30 days of the winner providing their address.

9. If AHDL have not heard from the winner, or if the winner fails to provide their postal address within 30 days of AHDL contacting them, AHDL reserve the right, at its absolute discretion, to consider the winner to have forfeited the prize and to withdraw the prize entitlement.

10. AHDL takes no responsibility for survey submissions that are delayed or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

11. Any personal data collected by AHDL in connection with this prize draw will be processed in accordance with the AHDL privacy policy a copy of which can be viewed here Privacy.  AHDL also work with a company called TLF to collate prize draw entries and select a winner.  Any personal data collected by TLF will be processed in accordance with their privacy policy (a copy of which can be viewed here: Privacy statement (tlfadmin.com).  Personal Data will only be used by AHDL and TLF for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

12. Postal addresses provided during the course of the free draw may be passed on to third party supplier only insofar as required for delivery of the prize to the winner.

13. AHDL reserves the right to withdraw or amend either the prize draw or these terms and conditions at any time, without notice if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

14. The decision of AHDL is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

16. The promoter of the prize draw is Alliance Healthcare (Distribution) Limited (“AHDL”), a company registered in England & Wales (company number 391532058) whose registered office is at 43 Cox Lane, Chessington, Surrey  KT9 1SN.
