Customer Experience Director

Vicki was appointed to Customer Experience Director in July 2024 and is taking ownership for Customer Experience for Alliance Healthcare as well as NWOS and Alcura. Vicki joined Alliance Healthcare in 2012 and has worked in various Customer Service roles during her time here, most recently as Head of Customer Service and Experience for those brands. Prior to joining Alliance Healthcare Vicki worked within both logistics and the drinks industry where she held similar roles.
