Purpose-driven team members

“A positive workplace culture influences every aspect of a business; it drives engagement, impacts employee satisfaction and contributes to overall performance. We have a duty of care to our colleagues, which is why we are committed to providing the appropriate support and resources for mental health, as well as physical wellbeing, so that colleagues have an additional avenue to be able to reach out for support. We also celebrate diversity and inclusion as part of our company culture, and believe in a safe environment for all colleagues to work and exist as their true-authentic selves.” – Vicki Wilder, Senior HR Business Partner

Creating healthier futures starts with the health of our people, and as a purpose-driven company, the health and wellbeing of our team members is personal to us. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, and treat the people behind our organisation with dignity and respect so that they feel supported, appreciated and valued both inside and outside of work.

  • We now have 70 trained Mental Health First Aiders who have completed their training with MHFA England. These team members are equipped with the knowledge, tools and confidence to approach and support a colleague when facing a mental health issue.
  • We recognise employee health by promoting health-related and wellbeing engagement events throughout the year.
  • We recognise important events throughout the year such as Pride month, Diwali and International Women’s Day so that our colleagues feel lifted, supported and proud to be their true, authentic selves in and outside of the workplace.

Gender Pay Gap Reports

At Alliance Healthcare we are proud of our workforce that
is diverse and rich in culture, with many women leading
the way across the business.

Our annual Gender Pay Gap Report is an opportunity to
review our progress on gender equality and help us
understand where we need to focus our efforts, to reduce
the existing gender pay gap.
